Formerly, she served as Treasurer of the Planned Giving Group of Indiana (now Charitable Gift Planners of Indiana) and her MOPS group, as well as on the Indianapolis Leadership Team of Priority Associates (a division of Cru, formerly Campus Crusade for Christ). She has been involved and advised various local non-profits with governance, operating and development matters.

An extensive traveler, Ms. Darling loves to visit new places and meet interesting people. Closer to home, she enjoys various sports, puzzles, reading, and getting together with friends. Much of her free time is spent with her husband and daughters.
